Flower Care:

• Unwrap gently: Remove outer packaging carefully without disturbing the bouquet arrangement.

• Trim stems: Cut 1–2 cm off each stem at a 45° angle for better water absorption.

• Use clean water: Place flowers in a clean vase with fresh, room-temperature water.

• Change water every 1–2 days to keep flowers fresh and bacteria-free.

• Keep in a cool spot: Avoid direct sunlight, heat sources, and ripening fruits.

• Remove wilted petals/leaves to maintain overall freshness and appearance.

Cake Care:

• Refrigerate immediately upon delivery to preserve freshness.

• Store at 4°C or below if it’s a cream-based or perishable cake.

• Bring to room temperature 15–20 minutes before serving for best flavor and texture.

• Use a clean, sharp knife to cut neat slices.

• Consume within 24 hours for ideal taste.

• Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
